Key Account Manager Oncology/Hematology (hospital business)

Amgen Baltic organization in Lithuania is looking for a Key account manager in Oncology/Hematology. The person will work in an international cross-functional team and will report to Baltic Oncology/Hematology Lead in Latvia.

This person will have a crucial role in bring valuable local market insights and driving cross functional projects within oncology and hematology area. 

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Responsible for Amgen Oncology/Hematology portfolio and sales business development in hospital accounts.
• Identifies key decision makers and maximizes sales for our products based on a multi stakeholder approach (e.g. hospitals, pharmacy, lead clinicians, etc.).
• Creates, implements and monitors action plans for the accounts.
• Makes all the efforts to differentiate Amgen and its products.
• Maintains an in-depth understanding of the local accounts environment and ensures that the company's marketing/commercial strategy is aligned accordingly.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong background and experience as Sales Representative or Key Account Manager promoting Hospital Pharmaceutical products (knowledge of Oncology/Hematology product would be an advantage).
• Current knowledge of national Health Care strategy, structure and funding/patient pathways in specialty business.
• Bachelor’ or Master’ degree in area which supports you to perform successfully in Healthcare industry is desired.
• Result orientation, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good planning, execution and project management skills.
• Fluent Lithuanian and good English language skills.
