To support and develop growing and successful business ADAMA Northern Europe is looking for an ambitious senior level sales specialist for Country Sales Manager Lithuania position. 

Responsibilities:
• You will maintain, build and develop strong relationships with distributors and key clients in the LT market through personal contact on a regular base.
• You will generate business with current clients and achieve turnover and margin objectives by promoting the strong product portfolio.
• You develop market knowledge, build up networks, analyze and report market evolution.
• You will lead the translation of our global strategy to the local LT market strategy.
• You will lead sales projects with our LT team and European Adama colleagues.
• You will create and execute account plans for your strategic customers.
• You will report to the Area Manager Baltics and work in close cooperation and support by 2 Technical Agro Product Managers and Marketing manager.

Our expectations:
• Commercial attitude and solid sales management experience desirably gained in agro business (distributor management, sales development, key account management, etc.).
• Agriculture related education as well as knowledge of crop protection would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills, including the ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside organization.
• Highly result driven personality and strong negotiation skills with a passion to succeed.
• Good listener, open minded, dynamic and committed.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Customer and market-focused, ability to prioritize work focus according to goals.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and good English language skills.
