To support and develop international sales business Deeper is looking for a self-driven, open-minded and very result oriented Global Sales Manager.

Sales Manager role is to develop and manage global sales and achieve long-term growth. He/she will drive partnership and business growth with international distributors, e-commerce marketplaces and retail chains, identify and test new business opportunities, markets and sales channels. Sales Manager will plan sales budgets and tasks, lead and oversee professional Sales team by setting objectives, training and supporting them in order to achieve sales targets. 

The candidate profile:

• Solid experience in sales management and development (desirably gained in international sales business, export, management of distributors, etc.);
• Positive energy driven and proactive;
• Strategical thinking, analytical and prioritization skills (decision making based on data);
• True team player with advanced leadership skills;
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
• Constantly developing himself and believing in the growth mindset;
• Experience in e-commerce and knowledge of CRM system is very desired;
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
