Supply Chain Coordinator Baltics/Administrative Assistant

To support and develop business ADAMA Northern Europe is looking for a reliable specialist for supply chain management task in Baltics (main duty) and administrative assistant as a secondary role.  


Key responsibilities:
·   Monitoring of purchase and sales orders for correct items, quantities, prices, and delivery date, using all available up-to-date systems and databases; 
·   All necessary supply administrative tasks, such as purchase and sales order logging, archiving, cross charging, invoicing, stock checking;
·   Timely communication with ADAMA management regarding product availability and/or any discrepancies with purchase and sales planning;
·   Collaboration with channel partners in Baltics (suppliers, warehouses, distributors and end-customers);
·   Coordination performance of local carriers and logistics intermediaries in close cooperation with the Supply Chain department;
·    Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to labelling, import/export, inland transport and storage activities. 

Additional responsibilities (Administration):
·   Assisting ADAMA team and the office with daily needs and administrative tasks - invoices control, declarations and agreements, official letters to Authorities, participation in exhibitions, and other activity. 

Our expectations:
·   Good understanding and 1-2 years of experience gained in supply chain management, logistics, sales support, order administration or other similar role;
·  Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills, including the ability to build effective working relationships;
·     Ability to work on your own initiative and work in a team;
·     Honesty and reliability;
·     Accurate, analytical and attention to quality and details;
·     Determined to achieve results and a passion to succeed;
·     Strong problem-solving skills;
·     University degree;
·     Fluent in English and Lithuanian language;
·     Experience in ERP software.
