Marketing Campaign Manager Baltics

Vilnius 

For our focus crops the Marketing Manager plans, monitors and executes marketing campaign plans and actions for Baltics. He/she works closely together with the Strategic Portfolio and Agronomy Managers, sales teams, customers and external partners. 

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and align campaigns with the Marketing department, European Portfolio team and other stakeholders;
• Participate in marketing projects/work groups, lead discussion with the sales teams to come to the best campaign for the different customers and influencers in the market;
• Think and discuss about the best tools for the campaign, i.e. online and offline promotion, social media, website, customer presentations, trials, free of charge material, etc.;
• Co-manage and monitor the marketing budget, analyse and report on conversion and ROI to optimize marketing mix. 

Requirements:
• Experience in Marketing with proven track record of achievements; 
• Ability to develop complex technical information and translate it into simple and readily understandable marketing campaigns;
• Experience in running campaigns across multiple teams;
• Strategic and analytical thinking expertise, project management skills;
• Result and goal oriented;
• Skilled communicator and collaborator able to build successful relationships with cross-functional internal teams and external partners;
• University degree, advanced PC skills, fluent Lithuanian, and very good English.
