Responsibilities:
Our Business Unit Food & Nutrition sell and promote ingredients from our partner suppliers by providing insights and application support to customers, facilitating the development of complex ingredient formulations, to solve the challenges created by consumer trends.
Being member of IMCD Food & Nutrition Nordic sales team, you will be in charge of flavours technical sales and support business to Food Industry in Baltics (www.imcdgroup.com/business-groups/food-and-nutrition).
Your responsibility will be to develop and support relationships with current and potential customers in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia; promote existing and new products (speciality food ingredients and flavours); present different kind of taste solutions and inspirational concepts to the customers; professionally advice customers and identify the key needs and opportunities; initiate and run taste sales and technical implementation projects.
Requirements:
• A desired candidate ideally comes from an organization selling flavours or other food ingredients and additives to food manufactures;
• Passion for taste and University degree in food science - food chemistry, food technology, etc. (or very good knowledge of food industry specifics and taste needs in food technology);
• Experience in developing sales and network of key contacts in food production area is desired;
• Self-driven and sales-oriented personality with positive attitude towards working with clients, partners and team;
• Communication, presentation and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent Lithuanian and very good English;
• Ability and willingness to travel in Lithuania and Baltics.
