As a Head of HR you will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing HR procedures, policies and initiatives within Modus Mobility companies – CityBee, MyBee and MFS – in the areas of their activities. Together with your human resource team, you will contribute to the formation of the company’s internal culture, strengthening employee engagement, managing benefits program, teams wellness and performance reviews, monitor overall human resource KPI, budget and systems.
Requirements. To be our perfect fit we expect you to:
• Have at least 5 years of experience in HR and at least 2 years in managerial role (experience in a matrix organizational structure would be an advantage);
• Have great communication and project management skills and experience;
• Be up to date with latest HR trends, systems and databases;
• Understand labor law requirements;
• Be responsible, proactive, creative; able to work in a dynamic, fast evolving environment and tight deadlines with a positive "can-do" attitude;
• Have excellent Lithuanian and English skills.
