Sales Manager Baltics (Industrial market)

EPLAN (www.eplan-software.com) is software and service company providing high-touch, high-value Electrical CAD (Computer-Aided Design) solutions for manufacturing companies, mainly in Automotive, Machinery, Automation, Energy sectors but also in other industries. Vilnius or Kaunas

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent EPLAN in the region, develop and maintain existing and new customers (Industrial companies -  Automotive, Machinery, Automation, Energy etc.)
• Increase EPLAN market share in Baltics and meet sales targets
• Close deals for Software and Professional Services (in cooperation and support of professional EPLAN Software Consultant Baltics)
• Support and execute marketing campaigns in the region
• Regularly report to the EPLAN headquarters

Key Competences:

• Experience of B2B selling to end users (technical product/solution/service to manufacturing companies; understanding of target industry needs)
• Resilience - needs to be able to work independently as the sales part of a team of 2 employees in Baltics
• Knowledge of software would be an advantage but are not mandatory, since he/she will be supported by Professional Software Consultant
• Learning attitude - be ready to continuously study in a fast-moving, fast-changing environment
• Willingness to travel in the region
• Trustworthy - always strictly adhere to local laws and regulations, and company guidelines
• Fluent Lithuanian and good written and spoken English skills are required
