The company is looking for an ambitious and creative digital marketing leader who will have responsibility for marketing and brand development activity from conception through to execution.
Working with our key media, digital and advertising partners you will plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
You will identify trends and insights, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests, etc.
Working with the Group international marketing teams you will develop and execute brands and products digital marketing strategy, driving sales and customer growth through developing and executing a targeted campaigns to increase traffic to the web site.
Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge and experience in digital marketing with proven success;
• Solid knowledge and skills of digital analytics tools;
• Data-driven thinking and creativity (to analyse data, make decisions based on facts and turn insight into action);
• Ability to rapidly gain an understanding of the business and its competitive environment;
• Positive and self-driven personality with strong project management and problem solving skills;
• Result focused and commercially minded;
• Leader and team player with positive attitude to work with business partners;
• Fluent Lithuanian and very good English.
