The Position Responsibility
• Finance and Accounting Manager will be responsible for the efforts, results, and success of the production company’s finance and accounting process, and will report to Director of Kinze Europe, UAB with the dotted line to Finance Director of Kinze Manufacturing Inc. (USA).
• Will provide financial advice and support to help senior executives make key decisions, will ensure tax and accounting compliance regulations.
• Will interact with Parent company Finance and Accounting department, other departments and processes inside organization and local accounting service partner (outsourced) to ensure proper and smooth organization’s accounting processes.
• Will review and analyze financial reports, costs, trends, financial commitments and obligations, communicate credit issues.
• Will develop, implement, and review policies and procedures to ensure adequate business controls.
The candidate profile
• University Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Experience in finance and accounting (desirably gained within international environment).
• Excellent understanding of local accounting regulations and international accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Fluent Lithuanian and very good English.
• Able to work in team and in cross functional groups internationally.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain multiple projects.
• Strong research, analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Manufacturing business understanding would be an advantage.
