Country Sales Manager

Working for Worlds Foods and Flavouring Division the Country Sales Manager is responsible for the achievement of Santa Maria’s  - No. 1 spices brand in Lithuania - retail sales targets, delivery of profitability targets on GC2 and country contribution level.

Develop and grow branded Santa Maria (www.santamaria.lt) market position and always drive towards market and category leadership.

Build relationship and develop close partnership with the customers (category captain role with retail key accounts).

Manage and lead local professional sales team.

Ensure that all potential and profitable sales opportunities are maximized continually.

 

Requirements:

We assume the position requires at least 5 years’ experience in sales to Retail business either as Sales manager or senior Key Account Manager in a FMCG company.

We are looking for a passionate, open, experienced Sales manager who is ready to go the extra mile for our customers and colleagues with own team.

Suitable candidate is able to plan own daily work in a professional way, to work remotely according to the agreed targets without direct managerial guidance.

Spoken and written English language and advanced IT skills are essential for the role.

Enjoys preparing food is advantage.
