Strategy planning and change implementation
We work with groups who take strategic decisions and implement change. We moderate long-term work of these groups, lead creative problem solving sessions. We select optimal methods and ensure the effective process.
We apply classical strategy and performance planning models as well as modern tools (action inquiry, participative leadership, creative thinking, project design and many other methodologies).
Examples could be as follows: “What should we do today in order to thrive tomorrow?”, “Vision, Strategy, Values”, “How to build a learning organization?”, “What new products and services are important today?”, “How to improve cross-department communication and cooperation?”, “How to increase client loyalty?” etc.
The outcomes of such events are novel ideas, agreements and plans as well as new skills how to solve similar problems self-sufficiently.
Some of the methods have already become daily instruments in our clients’ teams. Some of the events have become turning points in organizational lives. Our experience of working with change teams in education is released in a book.
