Senior Key Account Manager

Vilnius

This is a manager position responsible to implement and execute Paulig Coffee strategy in Lithuania. Main task will be to maintain and develop cooperation with our customers to secure good visibility and presence of Paulig coffee products in all Lithuanian stores.

You will work closely with distributor and biggest retailers to help them to grow in the category by coordinating and executing our activities in local market. You need to control, analyse and manage our investments with customers and promotions.

You will contribute to Baltics sales and marketing team with your sales expertise and market insights by visiting customers daily to build your own understanding of market and consumer behaviour. You will lead and manage the local sales supervisor to ensure excellent execution of all our activities.

We expect you to be a team player, stay curious in your work and constantly strive for excellence. You should be a people’s person as well as self-organized – co-operative and service minded, be target oriented and systematic to independently organize your work, have hands on approach to get the work done.

We expect:

  • At least 3 years of sales, account management or marketing experience in FMCG field
  • Good knowledge of sales and distribution in retail Key Accounts
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical, influencing and problem solving skills
  • University degree
  • Excellent Lithuanian and good English in speech and writing
  • Driver licence
