Office Administrator-Accountant

Kinze Manufacturing (www.kinze.com) is a global agricultural equipment manufacturer, ranking #2 in row crop planter market share in the USA.

To expand business and presence in Europe Kinze set up modern factory and operational center for Europe in year 2013 (Kinze Europe UAB) in Lithuania and now is looking for office support specialist.

The Position Responsibility

Responsible for clerical and administrative tasks in the office and assisting in basic bookkeeping issues as well: processing and recording transactions, maintaining records, helping during monthly financials closing, preparing documentation and reports, organizing business trips, fielding communications with clients and vendors, completing other administrative, accounting, support or HR related duties.

Personal qualities:

  • Very good communication and problem solving skills;
  • Quality and results oriented mindset with attention to details;
  • Able to work in team and carry on multiple tasks;
  • Able to work in international environment with different cultures.

Professional knowledge:

  • Experience in the similar role – Office Assistant, Administrator, Accountant, Finance assistant, etc;
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge/experience or relevant education is needed;
  • Fluent Lithuanian and very good English language skills (Russian language would be a plus);
  • University degree and advanced computer literacy.
