MARKETING MANAGER (Digital)

Well-known and branded international company, leading online seller and provider of services in Baltic States is expanding business and looking for a marketing professional in Lithuania.

The company is looking for an ambitious and creative marketing leader who will have responsibility for marketing and brand development activity (from conception through to execution) with main focus on digital channels.

Your primary area of focus is to ensure that there is profitable growth of the customer base, through owning the creation and on-going development of the end to end marketing strategy and plan for the digital business in addition to owning the online customer journey – developing and testing new user experiences.

Working with the Group international marketing teams to develop and execute the brand strategy, driving sales and customer growth through developing and executing a targeted campaign to drive traffic to the web site and working with key external partners (media, digital, PR, advertising) to refine our approach.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing with proven success (desirably gained in online service business);
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and traditional brand building as well;
  • Good digital analytics skills, data-driven thinking and creativity (to analyse data, make decisions based on facts and turn insight into action);
  • Ability to rapidly gain an understanding of the business and its competitive environment;  
  • Positive and self-driven personality with strong problem solving skills;
  • Result focused and commercially minded;
  • A leader and team player with positive attitude to work with business partners;
  • Fluent Lithuanian and very good English.
