Key Account Manager Lithuania

We manufacture and distribute the portfolio of the world’s most recognizable brands including Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, Sprite, Fanta, Schweppes, Neptunas, Romerquelle Bonaqua, Cappy, Nestea and Burn, Monster. We also distribute premium spirits brands - Jack Daniels, The Famous Grouse, Finlandia Vodka, Brugal, Galliano, Pisang Ambon etc.

The Company is looking for a self-driven, open-minded and very result oriented Baltic sales team member, leader and team player with positive attitude towards clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • To develop and maintain a win/win business relationship with assigned Key Accounts (FMCG retail chains);
  • To plan, organize and achieve Company’s sales targets in Lithunia, advising, improving and expanding the Key Accounts to their maximum potential;
  • To monitor and analyse market, ensure that Coca-Cola Hellenic programs and actions are consistent with the needs of the customer;
  • To recommend on solving Key Accounts problems in sales and logistics, marketing, promotion and merchandising.

General skills and experiances needed for the job:

  • Sales/Key Account management experience desirably gained in an international FMCG company
  • Very good knowledge of sales and distribution in retail Key Accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: communication, negotiation, influencing and problem solving
  • Confidence, enthusiasm and self-motivation
  • Very good PC, analytical and numerical skills
  • University degree
  • Fluent Lithuanian and very good English 
  • Driving license
