We are “Kalnapilio - Tauro grupė” –  an ultimate Baltic multi-beverage company – member of international Royal Unibrew group.

"Kalnapilio - Tauro Grupė" is looking for an experienced and motivated HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER who will report to ROYAL UNIBREW BALTIC HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR.  

You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, compensation and benefits, training and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR Manager, or other senior roles in the HR team.

 The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Lead HR process in Lithuania
  • Work closely with RU Baltic leadership team in order to develop an HR strategy that closely supports the overall aims of the organization
  • Provide senior leadership team with timely and appropriate information to assist in strategic decision making
  • Lead implementation of strategies around core HR processes (recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, local labor regulations etc.)
  • Develop People Leads skills in people management, including assisting People Leads in handling issues in the most effective way possible
  • Be a cultural ambassador and constantly think of new ways to engage and recognize employees through various programmatic and operational strategies
  • Create reports for various HR projects and workforce analysis

 Requirements for the ideal candidate:

  •  Extensive experience in senior HR role
  •  Hands on experience in core HR processes (recruitment, development, performance management, compensation and benefits)
  •  Experience in working in the fast pace environment
  •  Strategic thinking
  •  Great communication skills
  •  Aptitude in problem-solving and "can do" approach
  •  Experience in the FMCG sector is a big plus
  •  University degree (desirably in HR management, organizational psychology or similar)
  •  Fluent Lithuanian and very good English language skills are essential (both written and spoken)
