Financial Business Analyst

Sorainen (www.sorainen.com/lt) is a leading regional business law firm with fully integrated offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Belarus. Since its establishment in 1995, Sorainen has been advising international and local organisations on all business law and tax issues.

We are currently seeking a Financial Business Analyst (for the Baltic States & Belarus region) whose main responsibilities will be: generating regional management and financial reports; analysing and forecasting firms’ KPIs; taking part in budgetary planning and budgetary control; creating financial tools and systems, leading projects to improve business and financial management.

We expect you to have:

  • a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or mathematics;
  • at least three years of work experience as a business/finance analyst, business controller or similar;
  • strong analytical and strategical skills - ability to analyse financial reports and interpret financial metrics;
  • cooperation and problem solving skills - ability to initiate and lead business-financial projects;
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
