TERUMO Marketing Specialist (Healthcare). Location – Kaunas, Vilnius or Klaipėda

The company offers a full range of TERUMO products, instruments and best in class solutions for Interventional Cardiology, Peripheral Intervention, Interventional Oncology and Cardiac Surgery.

In order to support and develop TERUMO business the company is looking for an ambitious and creative marketing specialist. Living in Kaunas, Vilnius or Klaipėda you will be responsible for  marketing activity using traditional and digital marketing tools. You will be able to work from home or from company office, depending on your location, schedule and activities.

Your responsibility will be together with TERUMO sales team to initiate and lead marketing projects (from conception through to execution). Combining medical knowledge, scientific approach and new technologies, create solutions to targeted audience in healthcare, demonstrating full range of TERUMO product capabilities and benefits. Cooperate with external marketing projects partners (IT, media, digital marketing, PR). Organize conferences and marketing events, product demonstration and customer training, cultivate customer relationships. Provide informational and clinical applications support for decision makers, improve customer involvement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Marketing or product/brand management (business development) experience gained in Health Service sphere (healthcare services, pharmacy, medical devices etc.);
  • Communicative and self-driven personality with strong project management and problem solving skills;
  • Data-driven thinking and creativity (to analyse data, make decisions based on facts and turn insight into action);
  • Ability to rapidly gain an understanding of the business and its competitive environment;  
  • A leader and team player with positive attitude to work with clients and business partners;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
  • University degree in healthcare, medicine or natural science would be an advantage.
