Senior Brand Manager Baltic

We are a regional branch, offering consumers a wide variety of high quality beverage: beer, cider, soft drinks, juice, drinking water, and energy products.
Key responsibilities:
• Carbonated soft drinks strategy development and implementation throughout the Baltic region
• Brands’ marketing projects development, effective implementation and results evaluation
• Budgeting and control of resources
• Leading a team of marketing project and trade marketing coordinators in Lithuania and Latvia
• Cooperation with main departments internally as well as PepsiCo team to ensure high level plans implementation leading to achieved results
• Active role in new products development process
• Work with media, creative, production and social media agencies
Requirements:
• 3+ years of successful and proven experience in marketing/brand management roles
• Team leadership experience is preferred
• Well-structured and focused to priorities personality
• Highly organized with attention to details and good multi-task handling skills
• Team player able to effectively communicate externally and internally
• Result and quality oriented, proactive and persistent
• Fast learner able to adapt to changing environment
• University degree
• Very good English language skills (Russian language would be an advantage)
