Sales Director Lithuania (FMCG)

In order to support and develop its growing business the company is looking for an ambitious and experienced sales management specialist.  

Vilnius 

It is a sales management and development role requiring an extensive depth of knowledge and understanding of fast moving consumer goods business. You will be responsible for the achievement of sales volume and value targets for Lithuania, creating, developing and implementing sales strategies.

You will report to General Manager Baltics and your role is to drive and develop the Lithuanian sales business within the agreed business shape, identify new opportunities, manage sales activity, maintain relationships with Key Accounts, lead and coordinate activity of a professional sales team with 50+ reports.

 Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Sales Leader in FMCG sales/distribution business;
  • Excellent knowledge of sales development and brand promotion in retail Accounts;
  • Strategical thinking and analytical skills (decision making based on data);
  • Advanced field force management skills;
  • Result oriented, proactive and ambitious;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
  • University degree;
  • Fluent Lithuanian and advanced English in speaking and writing.
