Operations and Customer Care Manager
IPF Digital (https://www.ipfin.co.uk) is looking for Operations and Customer Care Manager to join our Lithuanian team - well-known and branded international company, leading online provider of financial services in Baltic States (https://credit24.lt/apie-credit24.html).

Responsibilities:
• Your primary area of focus is to ensure that the business remains operational, profitable, customer focused and resourced in an innovative and cost effective way, and to drive growth;
• Ensure that robust processes and policies are in place to protect and develop business, and allow the team to operate flexibly and creatively;
• Be all over the performance data, in it, breathing it, living it – driving growth and reducing costs;
• Put customer experience and innovation at the heart of our business processes;
• Maintain and demand high levels of customer service from yourself, your team, your suppliers, outsource partners and in the technology that is used;
• Manage outsource Partners to deliver consistent quality and efficiently.
Our expectations:
• A good candidate ideally comes from an organization providing B2C services, preferably with managerial experience in operations management, customer service, business development, sales or other similar role;
• Knowledge of online business would be a great advantage as well as experience in financial services, but ambitious candidates from other industries with proven business management experience will be considered as well;
• We are looking for a very systemic and customer-oriented personality with strong problem-solving skills;
• A leader and team player with relevant skills and positive attitude to work with customers, the team, and outsource partners;
• Effective analytical skills and creativity (to analyse data and make decisions based on facts);
• Self-driven, result focused and commercially minded;
• Ability to rapidly gain an understanding of the business and its competitive environment;
• A University degree, fluent Lithuanian and very good English.
