Service Representative for CIS and Eastern Europe countries (Agriculture equipment)

To expand business and presence in Europe Kinze set up modern agricultural equipment factory and operational center for Europe in Lithuania (Kinze Europe UAB).
Position Responsibility:
Service Representative (located in the operational center for Europe in Vilnius) provides training, service and technical support to KINZE Dealers in CIS and Eastern Europe countries.
Main duties:
• Train and advise Dealers on product applications, maintenance, adjustments and performance issues;
• Required travel to visit Dealers to troubleshoot/diagnose and train Dealer personnel;
• Consult and support Dealers on product technical information, failure and service issues, solving warranty requests etc.
Candidate profile:
• Advanced technical knowledge (desirably in mechanics, hydraulics, electrical/electronic systems etc; knowledge of modern agriculture equipment would be a great advantage);
• Experience in service, technical support of equipment and technical training is desired;
• Education in technical (or agro technical) sciences;
• Customer orientation, communication and problem solving skills;
• Excellent Russian and English languages skills are essential;
• Willingness and ability to travel in CIS and Eastern Europe countries.
