National Key Account Manager Lithuania (FMCG)

Vilnius or Kaunas
In order to support and develop sales business in Lithuania ALTIA is looking for a self-driven, open-minded and very result oriented Baltic team member. Reporting to Sales Director you will lead alcoholic beverage sales development in the market of Lithuania.
You will maintain and develop a win/win business relationship with Key Accounts (FMCG retail chains) and also oversee, support and manage ALTIA’s distributor activity in Lithuania. You will monitor and analyze market, recommend Baltic management on solving problems in sales and marketing.
Skills and experiences needed for the job:
• FMCG Sales and Key Account management experience (desirably gained in an international company);
• Good knowledge of sales and distribution in retail Key Accounts (experience of distributor management is desired);
• Experience in alco beverage business would be an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal skills: communication, negotiation, influencing and problem solving;
• Confidence, enthusiasm and self-motivation;
• Fluent Lithuanian and good English;
• University degree;
• Driver license.
