Area Sales Manager Baltics (Seeds). Location Lithuania or Latvia.

In order to support and develop its growing Seeds business in Baltic Countries Syngenta is looking for an Area Sales Manager.

Location Lithuania or Latvia.

Living in any place of Lithuania or Latvia you will be a part of our Seeds Business Unit and responsible for the development of sales in Baltics.

Your responsibility will be together with partners (distributors) to support and develop relationships with current and potential customers in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Promote existing and new Seeds brands and products, provide agronomic support and training. Identify the key opportunities and develop sales, consolidate the Seeds demand forecast in the area, report supply and logistic issues etc.

Essential for this position:

  • Successful direct experience in agro sales (desirably gained in an organization selling seeds or other agro products);
  • Agriculture related education and good knowledge of the agriculture business in general, agronomy and farm economics;
  • Self-driven, very independent and sales oriented personality with positive attitude towards working with clients (farmers) and partners (distributors);
  • Communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
  • Ability and willingness to travel a lot in Baltics developing Seeds sales business;
  • English language skills.
