Airfreight operations specialist

Well known and branded international company offering freight forwarding (airfreight, ocean freight, rail transport, road freight) and supply chain management services. The company is expanding its activity in Baltic States and looking for a specialist in Lithuania.

Location Vilnius

The company is looking for an active and client oriented customer service specialist with experience in airfreight forwarding. His/her task will be handling export and import shipments (AFR, SFR, RW, RFR) with main focus on airfreight customers and operations, taking actively part in customer relations development. Ensure that all customers are being served professionally and efficiently at all times in accordance with global and local procedures.

Requirements:

• A desired candidate should have relevant first-hand airfreight operations and customer service experience gained in progressive freight forwarding services organization;
• The Company is looking for a self-driven and result oriented personality with relevant skills and positive attitude towards working with customers and long-term relationship development with them;
• The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural business;
• Advanced problem-solving skills, being cooperative and team player are essential as well as good knowledge of English, PC literacy and a university degree.
