Vilnius
It is a business development and sales management role requiring an extensive knowledge and good understanding of FMCG business. You will be responsible for creating, developing and implementing, strategies and identifying new opportunities for 4 Unilever categories. You will be member of Unilever Baltics Board and your role will be to lead Lithuanian business and team aligned strategic company goals in a sustainable way. Building the future of the company while delivering business targets today by empowering and inspiring team.
Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of sales management, development and brand building in FMCG business;
• Strategical thinking, analytical and prioritization skills (decision making based on data);
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
• True team player with advanced leadership skills, appreciating diversity and inclusion;
• Positive energy driven, proactive and result oriented;
• Constantly developing him/herself and believing in the growth mindset;
• University degree;
• Fluent Lithuanian and English.
