Technical Manager
Paulig Professional (www.pauligprofessional.com/lt/) is looking for Technical /Aftersales Manager. Aftersales Manager is responsible for organization of technical works in providing coffee solutions for B2B customers to support Paulig vision in standing for developing great coffee culture.
Aftersales Manager is a member of Country Management team and works closely with Sales Manager and Country Manager to develop responsible area processes to increase efficiency and sustainability. It means organizing work for Technicians and Aftersales Assistant by recruiting, managing, developing subordinates in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Šiauliai. Aftersales Manager also provides work tools and safety equipment for employees and guarantees correct usage.
Technical knowledge and experience in comparable field is expected.
Skills: team management skills, Lithuanian and English in spoken and written.
Behaviour: Good in communication, change leader and enthusiastic motivator; self-organized – co-operative and service minded, be target oriented and systematic to independently organize his/her work, have hands on approach to get the work done.
