We represent the Swedish company ASSESSIO, distribute their copyrighted psychological e-tests in Lithuania. Provide trainings how to use and interpret them.

PRIMUM ESSE represents their Swedish partner ASSESSIO in Lithuania. Since 2009 we have distributed their copyrighted tests aimed to assess people’s competence and traits. This fact allows us to offer our clients innovative executive and personnel assessment tools and formats.

MATRIGMA (General Mental Ability) aims to test general mental ability. It enables to predict a candidate’s performance in functions which require taking decisions and analyzing information.

MAP – a comprehensive personality test based on the BIG 5 personality theory. The test generates a personality profile by traits that have the greatest impact on successful working function.

Service F, aimed at measuring customer-orientation. It’s highly beneficial already in the screening stage of selection while identifying candidates with greatest customer-service potential.

All tests are done online. For clients’ convenience, the test designers offer to become license holders to be able to use tests independently.
