360 degree feedback

Assessment of managerial and general competencies based on feedback from various sources of information.

360-degree feedback – a type of competence assessment based on feedback from several sources: assessee’s self-reported feedback, from his/her peers and the direct manager. This method enables to bring up the differences between the subjective self-report and feedback from surrounding people; the differences between the existing and the expected result.
